    Et Hong Kong brille de mille feux…

    Après un long intermède à New York, mais ne criez pas victoire trop vite je vais vous en reparler avec mes achats, nous voilà de retour à Hong Kong et quel retour car quelques jours après avoir regagné notre chez nous, la République Populaire de Chine fêtait son 60ème anniversaire !

    L'occasion d'un bon diner chez Aqua où un menu spécial feu d'artifice avait été créé pour l'occasion...
    Au menu tomate et mozarella, sashimi, ravioli de langouste, crevettes croustillantes aux nouilles, veau ou poisson et gateau au chocolat avec bananes caramelisees…miam ;-)
